I bought this book as a photo reference for building a model of this particular aircraft, and I was not disappointed.I have absolutely no complaints about this book. It has very nice photographs that make this a perfect reference material. The one aspect I was most pleased with were the various pictures of the cockpit interior. Using these photos I was able to add little details to my model that just make it look more realistic.This is certainly a very nice book for an avid modeler of the P-40.

I really like d this book for the help it gives me for my R/C modelling. It has alot of great photos for scale building. The book arrived quickly and in great shape. I would buy from this seller again

Bert Kinzey wraps up his two-volume examination of the Curtiss P-40 with this 1999 release from Squadron/Signal. Although it was getting long in the tooth by 1941, Curtiss' warhorse would continue to fight on in new variants, giving valuable service till war's end. Those later models - the P-40D through XP-40Q - are the subject of this volume, #62 in the 'Detail & Scale' series.Although D&S books can be somewhat dry, you can count on them being accurate not only in terms of text but illustrative material as well. In his introduction, Kinzey points out that his D&S crew did extensive research and also undertook extensive photography of surviving P-40 models to tell as accurate a story as possible.Air war buffs and modellers should enjoy the 79 pages of illustrations - photos and artwork - and the authoritative text. The later P-40 models were an interesting lot, similar yet different. Compare the P-40D with the K, M or Q and see how far Curtis-Wright was trying to stretch its aging warrior. It makes for fascinating reading.In summary, P-40 WARHAWK is another fine D&S title, giving full and accurate credit to a long-serving warbird. Recommended.

His writing is doing great harm to the Churches mission. If you are wanting to know what Christ really teaches us today through His Church then leave this book where it belongs and obtain the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Let the Church show you what she teaches not Fr Osborne. May God have mercy on him for what he is teaching by virtue of his God given office.

Prof. Osborne, in this book, critiques the traditional theological paradigm (which is based upon an objectivist ontology) and shows us the direction in which theology and sacramentology must go in order to be relevant to contemporary people. He considers the subjectivist epistemology of postmodern philosophy to be the only valid way in which we can now express our theological affirmations.This book is NOT for the general reader, as it assumes a lot of philosophical knowledge, but is directed to his fellow theologians and students of theology. The book is well outlined and very thorough in it's coverage of the topic.I found Prof. Osborne's book to be interesting and I agreed with his basic conclusions concerning sacramentology and postmodern thought. The older theological paradigm (which is based upon an objectivist epistemology and ontology) is frought with too many difficulties. It is becoming more and more irrelevent. Postmodern thought, however, allows us to get fresh look at the philosophical basis of our current theological affirmations. With this fresh look we can then move forward in expressing our theological affirmations in such a way that the Christian sacraments are seen in a phenomenological, existential and subjective way. In short, in a way that will speak to the postmodern person.

The information provided is excellent!However, the text is very small, and on glossy paper, making it difficult to read. ALSO the charts and tables are hard to see due to chosen background colors I was tempted to buy the older edition which is more easier on the eyes..I am really disappointed that one would publish a book with such small print. I suppose it all has to do with money. It would be nice to have the choice of buying the textbook in a larger print edition.

What in the actual heck did I just read? This series hasn’t been romance focused from the off – they have each had a little romance thrown in, but it was never the focus – but this was on a different level. I am not sure how I feel about anything I read in this book. I was partially disappointed, because I didn’t learn anything new about The Elite, and partly fascinated by how unwell Sebastian was.Sebastian was at the very least a sociopath, at most he was criminally insane and wholly disconnected with reality. He was obsessive and terrifying in a way I didn’t expect after what we’d seen of him in the other books. It was that apparent mask in combination with his actions and thoughts in Envy that made me sure of his sociopathic state. As much as the others nebulously identified with their sins, Sebastian embodied envy. He couldn’t appreciate anything he had because he was too busy desiring what others possessed.I was disappointed with this book, though, because it didn’t develop my understanding of The Elite any further. There was something I had already suspected confirmed in Envy, but nothing new. All of the Elite interactions had already been hashed out in the previous novels, so it felt repetitive by the time we read it here.I wish this book had been a little more involved. I felt like everything was very much limited to surface details when we could have got a much more intense and fulfilling story had it been longer and really delved into Sebastian’s mental deficiencies. Envy had the potential for excellence but ended up falling short because it felt so rushed.Envy is the fourth book in the Elite Seven series. Each book in the series is written by a different author, about a different sin, with different characters, but to get the complete picture of what is going on at St. Augustine’s with The Elite, the series will need to be read in its entirety.

Get ready to ride the crazy train with Envy. Sebastian is a very complex young man. All he wants is to find a woman who will fall madly in love with him unconditionally. Sounds like a real charmer, right? WRONG, he is a lunatic that has some very dark and dangerous ways about him. You never know what is going on his head. You will get a closer look into exactly what he has been up to and all that it affects. Sabella,is the object of his obsession. Will he make her fall for him? This story is packed with mystery and intrigue. Not all is as it seems especially dealing with one who is off the rails. What impact will Sebastian make on himself and the others in The Elite Seven? This book blew me away. I wasn't expecting how this story was going to go down. It was depraved, twisted, and left me on the brink of insanity (in a good way). I can't wait to see what happens next in this exceptional series.

Now love and affection has become all he thinks about. Love from the perfect woman.Sabella has become his sole focus. She’s too sweet to avoid him, so she puts him in the friend zone. She thinks that will keep him in check, but she has no idea who she’s dealing with.This story was nothing that I expected. It’s dark and twisted. I found it to be a quick read that will leave you wondering, “What the hell just happened?”. I am eager to read the next book in the series to find out more.

M.N. Forgy, you have got yourself a new stalker.. uhh I mean reader here!!My adrenaline was pulsing throughout this story!!Finally some answers!!!!Envy, is a top read for sure! Forgy really gets into a jaded mindset with Sebastian. I did not see him or how this turned out coming. At all. I’m beyond shooketh.Call me crazy but Sebastian was amazing! He was a shadow lurking. Poor guy just wanted some love and friendships! I’m slightly sad his story isn’t ending paired up like the last Elite Seven stories.You definitely have to read all previous stories to understand this one better. But trust me. Stick with it. Because this book will have you frothing at the mouth demanding more. It’s worth it!!

The Elite Seven Just Took An Even Darker Turn And We Have Sebastian Westbrook To Blame For It.All I Know When I Saw Words The End I Was Basically Stunned. I Can’t Wait To See Where Book Five Goes But I’m Sure It Will Be Another Shocker

Whoa! This book is a complete mind f@ck!! Sebastian is the epitome of his sin Envy, he wants for nothing but craves everything. I don't even know what to make of him. On one hand I can understand how he could be the way he is but dang he is really kinda evil. I look forward to the last 3 books to get closure to his story.

5 CRAZY DARK STARS!! Envy is crazy, dark, sexy and dangerous. Sebastian is crazy about Sabella and being part of the elite, he will do whatever it takes. I was glued to this book, it was so dark and mesmerizing. This series has been phenomenal, you definitely need to read these books.

3.5 ⭐⭐⭐Envy definitely was different from the first 3 books in this series and falls into the darker side of sin. Although I enjoyed reading it, I really was like "who is Sebastian". He is tough character that is obsessively Envious for the one thing he can find.

This was a book that needed to be published for a long time. Fetal organs change their structure and microscopic appearances continuously from 15 to 40 weeks of gestation and having a color atlas documenting these chages week by week is a valuable bench mark to then compare any pathological changes superimposed on them.The preliminary text in each chapter describing the embryologic development of the relevent organs and tissues set the background scene of each examination.This book is an invaluable resource for all pathologists and their trainees in perinatal pathology.

I bought this book to use as a resource in my collection and it is an excellent overview. I would recommend adding it to your forensic collection.
