I didn't realize how bad this copy of this book was until I found online a full and complete pdf of the book, which includes a very lengthy prelude by Blavatsky to introduce aspects of what she will be discussing, the names/descriptions for each chapter and what had been easier to read formatting that is completely missing in this copy. Before you buy this I suggest you consider one of the somewhat more expensive options that actually contains the complete text, the correct formatting, etc. In hind-sight I wish I'd known better. I'm about 1/3rd of the way in and am now buying a better copy.
The content of the book is amazing. Helena Blavatsky is brilliant! That being said, this book is a pain in the backside! It is large and floppy, 534 pages, and the writing starts all the way at the top of the page and the font is tiny. Forget about sitting in bed to read this, not possible. Bottom line is buy this book in hard copy if you can. Yes it will be bigger, and possibly in two volumes, but at least it will be reader friendly!
Amazing book. Get a notebook to take notes along reading this one. Not a quick read. Read a page and fall into trance. Yay!!! All I wanted!!!
Another wonderful book by one of the most unique women in history. This is her classic, and it came in great condition. Well packed.
